Epiclear ripoff, mailorder scam South Portland internet

I signed up to receive a free bottle, and paid the shipping for it. A month later I got another shipment in the mail, which I didnt' want, and hadn't realized I'd signed up for. I didn't open it, and planned on sending it back. I didn't get it mailed or call the company before another one came, I suffer from severe depression and sometimes have a difficult time making myself do things, like return items in the mail in a timely manner, my work shift also makes that difficult. I received a 2nd box and called to get them stopped and informed the rep that I would be mailing the 2 boxes back. She told me they don't allow shipments back after receiving them... how else can you send it back. If I kept the shipment and called back in about 2 weeks they would credit me back for the 2nd shipment only. I said no, I had a hard enough time calling before a 3rd box was shipped, I didn't need anymore challenges.

The invoices do state that after a product is shipped, there is no refund, but you can cancel future shipments. The product doesn't work, the rep asked me how much I was using and if I was washing my face... I told her yes, I was using an acne product face wash..I was told that was probably the problem, though it doesn't state anywhere what to wash your face with while using this product. The no return policy sucks to say the least, especially with a satisfaction garauntee, that doesn't include returning the product.
