Epiclear debited bank card without signed authorization for future shipment S. Portland Maine

Ordered the free sample of Epiclear from the Internet sight, all to find out the reason they have the consumer pay shipping by there debit card is so they the Co. Epiclear has all card no. for future debiting of the customers account to continue to send shipments to customer without authorization.

I called the Co. Epiclear explained to them I would ship the product back at my expence, And that I wished a total refund of the product price less shipping back into my account, I spoke to very nasty customer service person named Courtney, She said we give absolutely no refunds, And that all managers and supervisors were busy, that I could not speak to them and that she would hang up the phone that hold was not an option with the Co. and so I said I cannot believe the Co. hires people like you to work there customer service phones.

I feel that this Co. should be put out of internet ordering completely if they are going to be aloud to rip off consumers by not carrying satifaction guarentee that the customer understands completely that they the Co. Epiclear will continue to debit your account without written authorization for future shipments. Help put these people out of Bussiness!!
