I received an email from Carlos Vance stating I was going to be sued if I didn’t pay over $1300 in legal fees for a Quick a payday Loan. I have NEVER received a loan or taken one out in my life. So I questioned him saying I knew he was fake and that the only information provided was my personal information. They also have down that I work at a school in Arizona when in fact I do not live there. Then he responded saying that the letter was to see if I would cooperate and bc I apparently am not going to, I will be sued. According to him I’ve been plenty of time and notices to pay this "loan” when that was the first time I’d ever heard of the loan
