Event Ticket Sales DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS!!!! I purchased tickets to attend the Houston Rodeo through what I thought was a legitimate ticket agency associated with the Rodeo. When I purchased the tickets using my ohio address i noticed they would were suppose to be shipped to my Ohio address that day. Houston, Tx Nationwide

I called immediately to have this changed as I was in Houston. I was told this was not a problem and the tickets would be waiting for me at Will Call. I arrived at the Rodeo and no tickets were waiting at Will Call. The Will Call person said they did not have an affliation with Event Tickets. I immediately called the number. I was told the tickets were sent to a hotel 15 minutes from the Rodeo and that we were sent an email of the change. We neve received the email. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor told me the tickets were at this hotel. I told him we were all ready in the Rodeo and had no transportation to the hotel as we had taken the shuttle to get to the rodeo. The supervisor told me after we round and round that our money would be refunded. This was on March 23, 2015. Today is April 13th and I have still not received my $117.02 refund. I have tried to call back to customer service only to be placed on hold for an extended period of time. When i finally reached a customer service person she told me she would check with billing and we were suddenly cut off.

 I purchased tickets on March 23, 2015 through Event Ticket Sales for the Houston Rodeo. Event Tickets Sales website came up on the Rodeo website. I assumed they were associated with the Rodeo and they were legitimate. I purchased 2 tickets for a total of $117.02. Immediately after the purchase i noticed the tickets would be delivered to my home address in OHio that day. I was in Houston. I immediately called Event Tickets Sales and was told this was not a problem the tickets would be at Will Call and i could pick them up there. When we arrived at the Rodeo we went to Will Call to be told there were no such tickets they were not associated with this ticket agency. I called the customer service number and was told they sent me an email that the tickets could be picked up a hotel lobby 15 minutes from the Rodeo. I told the customer service rep I had no way of knowing this and i was already in the Rodeo with no way to get to this hotel as we had taken the shuttle to get to the Rodeo. After speaking to a supervisor i was told the tickets would be refunded to me in the full amount. Today is April 13, 2015 and the i have still not received my refund of $117.02. I tried to call again to speak to a customer service agent. I was on hold for almost 30 minutes. When i finally reached someone (no name given). I was told she would have to check with the billing dept. and then i was cut off.
