*Consumer Comment: Was this the day after your payment was due?
I requested a waiver for one day of late charges ($68) due to a scheduling conflict. I was told by the customer service manager Kenese Sonny" that "in the "REAL WORLD" that doesn't happen!

Was this the day after your payment was due?

If your payment is due on the 1st, are you trying to say that on the 2nd they charged you a $68 late fee? Or did they charge you a late fee because their bill states that it is due on the 1st, pay after the 10th and you get the late fee. Technically that would mean you were 11 days late, not just 1.
