Everhome mortgage scam artists who are doing to me what they did to everyone else! jacksonville florida

I just read your issue about Everhome mortgage and funny you say they sold you to Greentree because that is exactly what they did to us last May! I think once we got an attorney involved and he was digging into them about what happened with our money they got nervous and SOLD our mortgage! It has taken us this long to get a modification with greentree but they actually have been very helpful and DID modify our loan! we had trial periods etc with them and now back on track BUT...everhome still seems to POP up somehow affecting us! Now Greentree has done an escrow analysis for the new yr and realized we have a shortage which goes back to all the issues with Everhome so now after modifying our mortgage and being on track with greentree since august we now have to deal with this extra payment! I would love to get a lawsuit or something going against Everhome! I can give you my email address and we can try and figure something out? Have you worked with greentree at all yet? They seem much better than everhome and willing now to help us with this escrow shortage but hands are tied with the amt b/c its on everhome as to what they say was owed while the mess of them not cashing our checks and every yr I had an overage they kept it and it should have been applied to my mortgage but sure they kept it for themselves and why this is such a mess now! so I need to do something about this! I would think this would not follow me to greentree but apparantly it has! Greentree has waived all of everhomes fees when they did modify my loan and that was good enough that I did not realize this would come back at us from Everhome! they are sneaky and always trying to ruin ppl!!! They actually were another company yrs ago that was shut down for fraud and reopened under this name!!! Also they gave us a date to sell our home which I state in my first report but it was actually selling my loan to Greentree not my house!! They word everything wrong just to scare you too!

We were with Bank of America two years ago they sold our mortgage to everhome. Recently as we have been in a legal dispute with them because they tried to foreclose on us, they sold us to Greentree in this process. We have been in the process of back and forth legal stuff for the past two years and have not got far yet. We are still going through the disputing process and hopefully will be getting a jury trial soon. Have you got anywhere recently with them? I noticed that it's been a year since you last post here. I would like to talk to as many people as possible near us so that we can do something about these people who are taking advantage of people like this.
