Evo Merchant Services scam Plainview New York

I would agree with the original post from x evo worker. The 2nd withdrawl smells like an Evo exec poorly wrote it. They came in my shop and gave me their lies on how they could beat my current processor. They checked my current statements. I told them I would think about signing with them. They gave me the old b.s. line of "We won't be in town again"

I signed like a knucklehead with the assurance I could verbally agree the following day to sign on if I chose. It would make it easier if I signed and we could cancel over the phone-no strings attached. The following day I was contacted by them and I told them I was no longer interested. They said no problem. Before you know it software/keypads start coming in the mail. I was automatically signed up for a personal/business American Express Card. I noticed they forged information on the credit application copy they had left me.

It took numerous phone calls, complaints, faxes, and near threats to get them to take me off of their system. I still fear the reprecussions for what I have done by being a bonehead and believing those dirt bag salesmen.
