Expedia.com ripoff Pay MORE with Expedia Nationwide Nationwide

I booked flight and hotel for Las Vegas with Expedia. Two days later I found out that the hotel was offering rooms for $40.00 less per night. I contacted Expedia and they told me they only guarantee that they give the cheapest price at the time of booking. I pointed out that the better deal WAS available at time of booking and then they informed me that I would of have to have reported it within 24 hours of booking. Two rooms for 4 nights added up to $320.00 I would have saved NOT using Expedia. NEVER AGAIN! And they were downright nasty about it as well.
