Experian Credit reporting agency signed me up automatically when I downloaded my credit report. The charge was suppose to be $1.95 and they charged me $14.95 I contacted them and my bank and Experian refused to cancel and refund and my bank has placed the charge in dispute. Experian says, "That I signed up for credit monitoring" and I disagree. I did not sign up for their service I ONLY wanted a credit report.

Clarity Services doing business for Experian Applied to Big Picture Loans for a 200 dollar loan.... got denied as Clarity Services said I was late for a loan payment and had several late payment plus several cell phones in my name.... got onto Transunion, Equifax and Experian and my info there was showing no negatives or any of the info on Transunion, and Equifax and Clarity gave me a 436 score when I looked at Experian it had nothing on my file... I called Clarity and got no answers just they would send me a copy... I asked how they justified a score of over 200 smaller than the other bureaus and Experian had nothing... a rip off here for sure... ruined my creidt FLA

Experian Financial My wife and I had a time share with Shell Vacation Club. We could not afford to keep making the payments to them so we hired a company to get us out of Club. Experian I tried to cancel the $24.99 membership during the 1 week $1.00 trial period 3 times. That didn't happen and they still charged me the $24.99. I called them the day it hit my account and they told me the $24.99 is nonrefundable. I would suggest any other way to check your credit. Allen Texas
