Express Auto Parts Danger Backorder Scam RIPOFF New York Internet

It seems like I am not the firt person whom express auto parts has attempted to rip off. I placed an order for some parts and was informed that the parts were on back order and should ship in about a week. They charged my card the same day I placed my order, that should have been the first indication that these people were thugs. Most online stores only charge you once the items ship. Well after 2 weeks I got sick of waiting so I emailed them to cancel my order.

I recieved a responce saying the order was canceled but It has been over a month and I still have not recieved my refund. I called my bank and reported their charge as fraudulent activity. I will probably be getting my money back through my bank because they have a consumer friendly online fraud policy (TCF). I think that the attorney general should look into this site, as it seems like their little back order scam is their standerd operating procedure.
