Express Scripts Incompetent and untimely med refil Internet

 This was unfortunately my first time using Express Scripts due to switching insurances and it has been a horrible experience. After filling my maitence medication and my local pharmacy for two months I start recieving harrassing phone calls demanding that I switch to Express Scripts or my next refill will be the full price of the med (which is over $400). I finally give in and call them to switch and find out that the price would only go up $7 more a month, 1st lie.

After setting everything up, I wait over a week for them to "contact" my doctor to verify my medication. When I check the status of my order. it says my meds are due to ship the 22nd, so one would assume the doctor has been contacted and there has been no other calls. Late on the 22nd I get an email saying that my order has been canceled, and this with only 1 week of my meds left and being unable to refil at the local pharmacy without ES denying it. I call customer service and they claim that they never got ahold of my doctor to fill the order. If they never called my doctor, then why was it marked for shipping? And now with it being the weekend, my doctor's office is closed until Monday.

After this report, I'm filing one with my insurance company and the BBB. These people need to be shut down.
