EXPRESS SCRIPTS /MEDCO Pharmacutical Terrorist Internet

I have been dealing with Express Scipts, and Medco before they merged for many, many years, probably 20+ years and have never had a problem with them. They have always been very professional, and always send me reminders when it's time to refill my scripts. They have never lost a script, and customer service has always gone out of there way to take care of what few minor problems (due to my misunderstanding or giving wrong info to them) have come up. I have the highest regard for Express Scripts and their staff. As for their web site, it is a bit slow but I find it very easy to navigate. Everything you need is right there and very easy to use. And no, I do not work for them and never have.

It's funny that all of the nurses at my PCP tell me the same story, ES blunders nearly every prescription they deal with, not just me but all of their Aetna patients. On the plus side they will send me so many refills that I have 100's of the pills that I don't really rely on. I literally have them stacked up like cord wood. They just keep coming and coming, I can't stop them. But the ones I need the most I can't get even after begging, crying, threatening, and countless letters. My doctor send refill after refill, they call an call and call. By the way, I'm so happy for you I could just crap my pants. Why do you want to butt in twhere you have no business. You must lead a horrible life. I  bet you have cats and you like to dress them up. You are a pathetic loser. Read all the rest of the complaints about ES and you'll see a pattern. You were the lucky little pill popper, thanks for your worthless comments and your  stupid views on this subject matter. Everything went so good with you then 1000 of us must be wrong. I was a customer of theirs for sometime with NONE of the problems you've stated. If you keep "screaming" at them, two things wll likely happen, they won't talk to you and you will give YOURSELF a stroke..that's NOT their doing.

If you ever had to deal with those idiots you wouldn't be so stupid in your childish reply.  When Express Scripts says they still don't have your prescription then I was forced to have my doctor refill it locally at that point Express Scripts sees my refill " out of network" and they fine me,  as they have my credit card on file. I once was taking $6000.00 a week medications to get rid of hepatitis c. It was a treatment that I required I never miss a dose. Medco,  at that time, would never refill on time,  causing me to make repeated phone calls to these idiots to find out what was their excuse this time,  and again it was the old run around, getting transferred from agent to agent,  no one could figure this out themselves. After I finally found someone with a few brain cells they overnighted my medications.  Read the other reviews of these idiots. Do you work for them,  and that's why you're so defensive?  Do you have to have help dressing yourself. If you never had to deal with Express Scripts as a customer, something you never had a say in, then shut the f*** up.
