Received a letter(pink) from Express toll Marked Your immediate attention is required. It stated that " Your vehicle has been recorded for non-paymen of proper toll."

Date of toll transaction on license plate toll statement was 02/03/2017 9:31:52 AM. Unpaid balance is $39.80 with Civil penalty assessment is $25.00 for a total of $64.80. They have a IL Plate # included but it is not for my vehicle. I haven't been to Denver in about 15 years.
