Fairbanks Capital Corp. ripoff, breaking the law Jacksonsville Florida

I've lived in the same house for 15 years and had to refinance,,my mortgage has been sold 4 times in the past 3 years. I've never had any late payments nor have i ever had a 30 day late. Now that Fairbanks has my mortgage I have almost 600.00 in late charges.

I have a Fairbanks Representive come to my house every month and leave a piece of paper with me or my children for me to call A.S.A.P. When I call the 1-800 number and tell them of this man they now inform me that (it is called a home inspection, they own my home, and they come out and make sure that my home is liveable,,,,plus thats a charge of 22.oo a month.

I've never had someone from a mortgage company come to my house each month for a home inspection. I told the representive that i spoke with at Faribanks that he doesnt do anything but walk from his car to my door,,,they informed me that is all he has to do.

I am not going to pay for this and I'm willing to bet its against the law to knock on someones door,,,since I've never been late,,,ripoff,, Any help out there?
