Fairbanks Capital Corp ripoff Jacksonville Florida

First, I never asked for my mortgage to be sold to Fairbanks, I only made one payment to my original company before it was sold. They have fix a way to show I was behind more months than I actually was. They tried to foreclose, and I could not believe it their attorney after doing a little research gave me a dismissmal, she could see the scheme. I then tried to get refinanced with another company and they added so many fees, it totalled more than the original mortgage.They tried to add bogus fees for the attorney. I have had to be under medical treatment because of this company. Where are our rights as amercians. Where someone can obligate your hard earned monies, to someone with the record they have, you would never have chosen them, esspecially with their track record. Also, last year I was send papers for a class action suit against them, whatever happen with that? We need the alcu to go after them or our congressmen to look into this company.
