Fairbanks Capital Corp. ripoff Louisville Kentucky

I was appaulled at all I was reading about this Fairbanks Captial Corp. I was financed with Citi-Group and they sold my loan to Calmco and they sold it to Olyumpus which in turned sold it to Fairbanks Capital Corp. I too also have been ripped off by this company. They say I owe them the amount of $226.53 in late charges as of this date. I have repeatedly tried calling and talking to them on this matter and always get someone different person which tells me a different tale every time.

I have ask them to send me copies of my titles on my home showing them as lein holders and also to send me a copy of Fairbanks holding the security deed on my property too. They have not as of this date sent me anything. I am one payment behind and have ask about an extension or putting payment at the end of my note but as of this date no answers. I was sending late charges with my regular payment and Fairbanks was not applying my late charges to past amounts but applying it to their principal. I called several times on this matter and was told they were going to apply it to the late charges but when I got my statement I realized they had just added more late charges.

I am a disable veteran and have to live on a low pension monthly and am getting no where with Fairbanks. Anyone knowing how I may join this class action lawsuit please respone to my email before they try to take my home from me. I am raising my autistic nephew and talked to Fairbanks reportedly trying to get some answers and this matter straighten out but always a different answer with no help from Fairbanks.
