Fairbanks Capital Corp. ripoff-sent foreclosure papers when told to hold up on mortgage pymts prior to refi Salt Lake City Utah

Ripoff-our credit has been affected severely by Fairbanks...served with foreclosure papers when told by Fairbanks to not pay mortgage pymts. before closing...had to pay their lawyers, fees etc..in order to refinance with another company at much lower interest rate...

Because of damage and not being able to get 2nd mortgage loan, no credit cards etc...we have been damaged and want reparations of $500,000 --would settle for $250,000 if necessary....but prefer the $500,000 because of the delay in closing...time lost going to attorneys office, no paperwork from Fairbanks as they promised....etc..Phone time, lost work time, etc...They are a total ripoff company...charges for everything when they make the error! they had promised to pay back fees in excess of $12,000 but have not rec'd it...closed in Aug, 2003..Help please...Nick and Janet Schklair
