FAIRBANKS CAPITAL AKA Loan Servicing Center is ripping off consumers by servicing their loan for other mortgage companies. SALT LAKE CITY Utah

Fairbanks Capital Corp. AKA Loan Servicing Center has been servicing my loan for my mortgage company. I was transferred to them from IMC Mortgage. However, I was told by Fairbanks that CitiFinancial was my mortgage co. I have been in several forbearance plans making down payments for each one.

I have tried to get them to put the back payments on the end of the loan or extend them for more than 12 months because of several hardships in my family especially with my mom. They refuse to extend the plan or put the back payments on the end of the loan.

I realize I am behind, although they sent my December payment back to me which I sent them in February. I was only about 40 or maybe a few more days behind. I did tell them I would be caught up this month. Now they are telling me that they are going to foreclose on me in April.
