Fairbanks Capital Corp Ripoff Loving the Mail man Brought good news today SaltLake City Utah

Well today I went to my mailbox and what should appear... But a lawsuit against UnFairbanks I thought you'd like to hear...

I read it so slowly... as not to miss a single letter.. I laughed outloud and said it couldn't get any better.....

Anyway I did recieve From The United States District Court For the District of Massachusetts....A civil action against UnFairbanks It was a beautiful thing to be holding it in my hands.... just a slight bit of satisfaction after 4 years of going through hell everyday having to sell things to come up with money to keep my home.

Thought maybe with the money we might get back I could buy a camper to replace the one they made us sell to come up with 5,000 to keep them from stealing our home and forcing us into a chapter 13....

Starting to feel like I can breathe again now that my husband has found a good job and things are looking brighter..... Just thought I'd cheer up some of you send in your claim.... we even got a claim # and it shopws that they overcharged us over 7,000 in bogus fees.

Not that we will get that much back but anything I can get back from the thieves is satisfaction well deserved... Take care out there....
