Please help! First they sold my house,... now everyone wants to charge me thousands of dollars to regain the surplus funds!
How do I get my money back? Do I have to pay fees to get my money when they have been holding it for months, and collecting interest on my money???
I have no leins on the building
I need all the help I can get. Thanks!

I need your input, Im engaged in actively pursuing legal remadies against Fairbanks Capital. I filed an on line report dated 5/22/03 and recieved only 24 phone calls, I need more concrete info especially from former employees of any companies that worked for or dealt with Fairbanks co. or it's satelite branches ie: Phx,Pa,FL, Salt lake is my home and we hosted the olympics,we are the home of the Utah JAZZ I take a lot of pride in the State I live in.
