Family Protection Association kept charging my card even after I changed my card and reported them to my bank Austen Texas

 Around December 2016 I purchased a very cheap knife on the internet. Then every month I noticed a monthly charge around $19.95. I contacted my bank to dispute the transactions and then cancelled my card and received a new one. I thought this had stopped them, but I was wrong. Last night after reviewing a few months of transactions, I once again saw that this company was STILL debuting my account every month. Somehow they had accessed my NEW card. After an hour phone call with them they told me they would only refund one month. I asked what kind of "protection" service my monthly fraudulent charge even provided me.....and of course the answer is nothing. There is nothing to show for $20 every month. Then I asked for a manager (all this was extremely difficult and met with dead ends, but I pressed on). Finally the manager informed me that I would receive a refund for 4 months after accusing him of theft and credit card fraud (as I definitely did NOT give authorization to use my new card). I highly doubt I will see a refund, but if I do, I will give an update. This company is a joke and thrives on sneaking in a monthly charge for zero goods or services. Watch out!!!
