I seen an ad online to sign up for a survival life tester so I figured I'd give it a shot. It said all I had to do was pay for the shipping for a multi-tool which was $6.95 and I would get my tool within 4 to 6 weeks and then each month I would be sent items that I would have to pay shipping for what would be able to keep. After not receiving any type of contact regarding my multi-tool tracking information 4 weeks after ordering it, I contacted customer support. I was informed I had to wait at least another week or two in order for my multi-tool to be shipped out what I would receive an email with my tracking information. Two weeks went by still nothing. I contacted customer support again they said that they ran out of the multi tool and they would have another shipment in within a week and I would be sent one out as a priority and receive an email with in one week's time notifying me of my tracking information.

Now going on 8 weeks still no word, so I called customer support yet again. I was informed that the multi-tool is still on backorder so they're going to have to refund my $6.95 but make me a priority so when they do get the multi-tool in I can reorder it from them. I tried so hard not to laugh being that why would I want to reorder anything from this company? Not only that what really concerns me the most is that after this all of the sudden I start getting calls from foreign gentleman stating their from Gmail and that I have been spamming people using my email that this company has on file that my phone has been hacked and also calls from the supposed IRS stating that I need to pay them or I would go to jail right away. I laughed at these calls and repeated numerous times that I would file an FCC and attorney general complaint if they continued. Of course they still have up to this day so I'm hoping by filing this report that anybody associated with familyprotectionassociation.com and have my information potentially be reprimanded as well. I believe this company should provide me more than my $6.95 back at this time and anybody else that they may have ripped off their money plus some only due to the fact that they completely lie to everyone.

Their website is a lie, their customer service is a lie, I believe everything about the company is a lie. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that's fed up with this type of stuff. This is what makes it harder for good companies out there to get more members.
