i when to this shop to get a hair cut

cut hair comply bold buy the time i noticed
all the hair was falling to the floor
these people do not speak english!!
threatin to call police is i did not pay
cops called forced to pay or be arrested
totaly screwed up my hair

I'm very sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience at a Fantastic Sams salon. Most all Fantastic Sams salons are independently owned and operated. Therefore, the standards of customer care and quality are established and enforced by the owners - not the stylists or the manager.
I, myself, own three salons (Brighton, Northglenn, and Longmont, CO). In such a competitive industry, I firmly believe that we must maintain higher standards not only than other Fantastic Sams salons, but ANY salon. My salons are successful because I enforce higher standards than my competition. This doesn't mean we are perfect, but when an error does occur, I personally contact the customer and make it right - at any cost.
If you are ever in the areas of my salons, I would be happy to prove my rebuttal.
BTW - Out of over 960 salons in the Denver/Boulder area, only 12 are members of the Denver/Boulder BBB. MY THREE SALONS REPRESENT 25% OF THE MEMBERSHIP AND ARE THE ONLY CHAIN SALON MEMBERS.

Fantastic Sam's employees may not know how to SPEAK English, but you cannot even SPELL in English. Public Schools. Yeeesh.
