Fields Data Recovery Stole my Hard Drive St Louis Missouri

SCAM I sent my hard drive to them in April of 2017, they called when they received it and said they would check it out and let me know the cost, they advertised that if the cost was to high they would send it back.  they quoted me $1000 to recover the data.  That was way more than I expected and I told him I could not afford it, he said he'd send it back - then later came back and said his boss let him discount to $800 - still to steep for me so I asked him to send it back.  I hadn't received it after several months so I reached back out and he said he did not have my address, not sure how he wouldn't it was on the form I filled out.  Anyway I sent the address, still never received it, I have been reaching out for months and am not getting any responses.  I don't have the hard drive to this day.
