FINGERHUT Insurance FRAUD

My elderly parents started using Fingerhut several years ago, against my wishes! Nevertheless, Mom ordered a heliocopter for my nephew for Christmas Nov of 2013, it was paid off with one payment. Since Nov 2013 they have continually sent bills for $75 my dad gets the bills and pays no questions, until one day my mom say this bill and said that was paid in Nov, why are you still getting bills? Come to find out Fingerhut has said they have a Insurance policy. Cant provide any policy information just that my father has been paying for a year and they are still wanting him to pay but NOONE can give either of them or me information on this bogus insurance I believe it is Life Ins. Nothing and I cant get them to stop sending bills, they are threatening to turn it in to Credit bureau for non-compliance but we dont have ANYTHING to show of this insurance, they dont even tell us the Ins Company Name. How sad now I am completely lost as to what to do.
