Fingerhut I retured my order they charged me $27.00 for S/H & Postage. I called payed the full balance to a zero balance. I don't get a bill for 2 months then suddenly a bill comes in charging me a new fees & charges plus late fee on the previous bill. I got stuck paying over # Internet

After returning an order I purchased from Finger Hut, I got billed for S&H and fees.   After I paid that balance in full, two months later I get another bill.  Mind you it wad not a monthly bill. They waited (2) two months later to bill me again. Now I go through the =ntire bill review and inform that I did not pay The balance in full. NOW I have a new balance with late fees & interest to pay.

Now I have been robbed for over $55.00 for an item I ordered & returned unused, there claim being that I never paid the full balance. But at the begining of the call they state the  call is being recorded for X reasons,  but they CAN'T go back to review the previous call. I closed the account and will let  any & every one I can inform NOT to do business with this incompetent company. STAY AWAY!
