Note I sent to company. I want to put a supervisor on notice on how me and my family were mistreated by your company. I filed a claim 12-26-08, due to heater not working. It was origanaly placed as a emergency claim by Dale Robertson in your claims dep. I was told if I did not hear anything from contractor or a first american employee to call back. I did have to call back and was told I would be contacted by the dispatch dep. Nothing was resolved in the first 24 hours of my emergency claim. Now going on day 2 with no heat for my family, I have been told there is no avalable contractor until Monday 12-29-08. I took it upon myself to see how hard it would be to find a contractor to handle this. The first place I called was able to come out today. I don't know why it is so easy for me to find someone and is so hard for you'r company, I just opened the phone book. Trust me if I had the money I would just handle it myself, maybe that is why you guys put me off, hopeing the homeowner will just handle it so you don't have to pay. I was also told by Dora #2931 out of the Texas office, "you were misinformed and this is not an emergency claim." I have 3 small children ages 1,3, and 6 and all now have colds. I asked Dora#2931 if I could talk to a supervisor about this diservice I was given. I was told by Dora I would be waiting a very long time to speak with a supervisor. I told her I have been on the phone for hours with you guys during this experience and another 15 minutes is'nt going to kill me. So I waited and waited then Dora came back and told me I could not wait any longer and she had to foward me to ext#2422 a supervisor. When I got to the supervisors voice mail it was not taking any more messages because it was full. So it was pointless for me to wait for a supervisor(very frustraiting). Also during my conversation with Dora someone was in the background telling her what to say, this makes everything with you guys seem unprofessional. I feel very upset about my whole experience. I just want you to know I will not recommend you guys and if anyone I know is buying a house to stay clear of you guys. I will also tell my friends in the real estate business not to use you guys. At this time my family is still cold and unsatisfied. If whoever this email reaches has children I know you would be as upset as I am.
