This company is a total nightmare they know compassion about their customers from the manager on up... don't ask for a manager above them they will just forward you to their friends in laughs this company is hard to deal with on any level... They customer service at all, they lie and rude and even yell at you.. OMG I'm so angry I want to fly to Ca. and run a 18 wheeler into the company. They are sitting in that CA. weather with a nice breeze and don't care about the south nor the east coast. So If you are from the south or eastcoast Please!! Please!!!! STAY AWAY!!!
I have a two kids and a understanding wife.. Well use to be understanding until after a month My AC doesnt work They have sent numbers of Techs out to my house to tell me the same thing and three different compressor to tell me they need another Opinion to replace the unit... And guess what it is a month in a half and no one has fix it yet......
Lawyer I need your help and Government too, Company like this doesn't need to have their business LIC riped apart in front of them...

hello,
just noticed your report, and wanted to say document everything, person you spoke with, time, date, call, & names of service companies they send out along with contractors license (look up contractors info on bbb and or your local state licensing dept)...I had 3 contractors.... 2 of the companies they sent out to check my air did not have licenses.......in case you didn't have this number, I thought I'd share it with you, I was told it's their LEGAL area....for claims. I'm 3 years into tryin' to get a claim resolved so best of luck....here's the phone 800-992-3400 (in case you didn't have this phone number)...lady I'm workin' with seems legit, her name is ROSE at ext 3510. Maybe if enough of us inundate her with our issues, we'll get resolutions.....argh!!
