First Credit Of America ripoff Riverside California

I have been hounded,harrassed,and threthened fron this company that says it is legal to call 24 hours a day,if they feel its nessary. They have been hounding me for a bogus bill from this "charge me later" type of XXX web site that i have no knowledge of.

I have sent numerous letters disputing this as well as threating them with legal action. They either don't get the hint or they just don't care.

I've had enough and I will be speaking with an attourny in the days to follow. I just hope that it does not have to come to this,but,if it does....i'm sure hope that they bring their check book.
