First Credit Of America Ripoff fraudulent dishonest obtains personal information Chicago Illinois

I recieved a phone call around 10:15 in the morning from a man who claimed that I owed his collection agenct (First Credit of America) money for a past-due cell phone contract with a wireless cell phone provider in my area. I told him I had never purchased a cell phone contract with that company. He told me it was up to me to discuss that with them...but I still needed to pay him money so my credit wouldn't be hurt. I told him I would call him back and he said that I only had 30 minutes to call or my information would be out of his hands. I immediately reported all of this to the FTC. I also checked with the cell phone company and they had no record of me having any contracts or agreements with them...

This is just the type of stuff that sets me off. I work hard for my money and when someone tries to take it from me I get angry. So i've decided to let everyone know about these people...whether they are directly responsible or not...they have information about me that I don't want them to have.
