I had an on-line pay day loan account with EDollars Direct and my loan went into default. They referred me too First Crdit Of America. Who called me and said my balance was $465.00. They set up apyment arrangements. I have made four payment and have proof that they received their funds. I told them this. They claim they only received 2 payments, I said give me your address aor fax number, so I can send in a copy of my bank statement showing the four withdrawals. They insist that I pay $196.00 and then they will look into it. Ithought theis account was already closed and here they are constantly calling me. I asked to speak with a supervisor or someopne who handles the payments, the collectors refuse to let me speak to a higher authority or give me mailing or email address information. i want this resolved because they probably are tacking on more hidden fees.

I hope that you will find this information helpful, if you had it taken from your account you might try sending the proof of payment to the original lender as well. These people are a JOKE.... I MADE ONE PAYMENT OF FIVE ON A CREDIT CARD THAT BELONGS TO MY SISTER, BUT NOW MY SECOND PAYMENT WAS MADE ON A MONEY ORDER AND EXPRESSED MAILED TO THEM, THEY DON'T TAKE MAIL PAYMENTS AND ARE EXTREMELY RUDE, I HAVE TO CANCEL THE MONEY ORDER AND DECIDE IF I WILL BORROW SOMEONES CARD TO PAY THEM CONSIDERING THEY LOSE EVERYONES MONEY AND DON'T POST IT TO THE ACCOUNT... THIS IS CRAZY ALL I AM TRYING TO DO IS PAY MY DEBT AND THEY ARE MAKING IT AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE.... I was given this number by one of the rude employees that take the calls, but she could have just made it up. Also email your documents to 1stcofa.com which is the web site and they claim to really care about customer service! NOT!!!!!!!
