First Equity Card harassment Ripoff Columbus Georgia

You have had a previous report about there actions. How they do not acknowled payments or complaints, and charging excessive fees. and abusive telephone calls. I have as many as 4 day on both land and cell phones. Calling me names, harassing me etc. I need to know where I can go to file a complaint. My basic bill has been paid, I will not pay them $117.00 in there so called late charges on a $110.00 basic bill on which they charged some outrageous transactions fes. I finally paid the basic amount after they refused to acknowledge that I had filed a report disputing the charges. Now it appears they are trying to tack late paymnt fees on the unpaid previous late payment fees it is a never ending battle with them. Can you help?
