First Franklin Loan Services Disgraceful, unprofessional, dishonest, ripoff PIttsburgh Pennsylvania

First Franklin and any business resembling First Franklin are a disgrace to professionals. I found out I was pregnant when I first bought my home. It wasn't until then that I found out that my employer did not pay for maternity leave. Therefore, while I was out on maternity leave, I had no income. Not long after having the baby, I had to have surgery. Yet, still no income.

I informed First Franklin to see if there was anything they could do. They were only concerned with their money-not the customer. Business is business. I understand that. But I'm sure that in business you must understand that these things come with the territory. Anyway, the customer service representatives have argued with me, told me what I should be doing, very rude and discourteous.

I have filed complaints on their complaint line and received no follow-up calls. Recently, which is the biggest nightmare of it all, they raised my payments from 760 to 1100 per month. Wow! Thing is, I pay my own insurance, am on a fixed rate, and already paying escrow in that amount. How can they justify almost 400 more dollars per month? I ask them to tell me how much was in escrow when they paid my taxes, but have not received an answer yet. I have talked to about 7 representatives, at least 2 were supposedly supervisors.

I am about to write to the better business bureau. This is so out of hand. Where is our money going? Maybe we should start a class action lawsuit. Just like Erin Brokavich, if people don't stand up, others will continue to run over you.
