First Savings Credit Card Greed is the devil of capitalism Omaha Nebraska

Upon applying for a First Savings Credit Card, I had absolutley no derogitaory credit I was simply attempting to build it. I had saved up $14,000 yet couldn't get a stated great card with proof of my stocks and 401k. IMAGINE THAT, NO JOKE! I have used the credit card at a $300 limit for 4 years. I used it mostlly for travels. I have paid an annual fee of $75.00 each year and my interest rate is 29.90%. I could not access my account via my smartphone as I can with all my other credits cards (mycredit is built now). I could not talk to a live person ever nor could I have any conveneince with First Saving Credit Card as they are old school and you must mail in any correspondance. on 12/30/2014 I mailed in my request to close my account and I just got a bill for $75.00 for 2015. I can't call them because it after hours and so now I much waste me time writing a letter again to hopefully get them to remove the fee as I closed my account but of course no one claims to have received my letter.

Frustrating as all other credit card companies have email or 24/7 customer services. They are rip off artisits taking advantage of those who NEED them.
