I was supposedly hired for a home based out sourcing company on-line.I preformed several tasks and completed them on time.I was contacted to let my superviser know how I would like to be paid for the triall period. I did not give them my bank information, but requested a check payment.As soon as that information was given I recieved a termanation notice. I believe if I had given thme my bank information my bank acount would have been emptied.

Mobility City HOMECARE AMERICA OF SOUTH FLORIDA, INC. My father purchased a Prowler 3310 mobility scooter from Mobility City located at 1801-C 45th St, Ft Lauderdale FL on January 15th 2016. 7 months later on August 4th he took the scooter in for repair due to the head light no longer working. He was advised that the control panel, an electrical component needed replacing and was charged $284.95 for the repair. That was for the part $229.95, labor and freight. He asked the serviceman “Mike” why the part was not under warranty since according to the scooter maker Drive Medical; electrical parts had a 14 month warranty. ServicePlan of Florida, Inc Coverage purchased 2006. Moved 6 yrs later-but still own this property. Changed address with company & received bill at new address the 1st year. Had to call every year after. This past year, called & was told they do not send renewal bills to any address other than the property covered. He stated I had to pay him up front at time of receiving a permit. He came to my house and said he received a permit and took down my fairly new aluminum screen room I had up and took it to a aluminum recylcilng center for cash. He never showed back up after that day when I paid him and he took down the existing porch. I took him to court but he claims bankruptcy and changes business names. I am out about $10,000.
