March 14,2014 I found Flower Deiivery Express on line through Google.Placed an order for flowers to be delivered the next day March 15,2014 for my aunt's 70 th birthday. All information was checked and correct. I did receive 2 confirmation emails.

i then called the 800 number listed on line to verify everything was set for the next day. I was assured it would be a generous  bouquet And would be delivered.

The next day nothing was delivered . They had my two phone numbers as well as my aunt's. There were no emails, phone calls, nothing. I called the 800 number again and of course their ad says they are  a 24/7 service and always there for same day delivery. When you call about a placed order all you get is a voice mail with instructions to leave name, phone number and email address . Then someone from customer service will get back with you ASAP ..

Several messages were left of course nothing happened.  the following day I called again acting as if I was going to place another order so I could speak to someone. I was informed that they were just an answering service and did nothing other than to input orders. I expressed my disgust with all of this and she was apologetic but still nothing she could do.

i have consistently called and emailed this "service" demanding a refund. No response of any kind but didn't hesitate to put the card through the bank. They just stole my money.  I am sure I will not see my approximately 44$ again. Of course I had to find a reputable florist to take care of my aunt's birthday two days late. 

These people are crooks and are running quite a scam! They also have outrageous "service" charges.!

Like I said if you want a special occasion ruined just go online to Flower Delivery Express!

After filing complaints with various agencies, the Better Business Bureau apparently was instrumental in getting the entire amount refunded. Just a few days after the complaint was filed I received an email that my floral order had been "cancelled". The email also mentioned they were sorry they were unable to fulfill the order. This is all well and good but the birthday surprise was still ruined. Why did it take a few weeks to decide it was cancelled. I have been credited the full amount. I will never use this service again. I do not understand why it took all of this time and energy to refund money for such a simple no brainer thing! Beware!
