Franchise Compliance is a scum firm and is scamming mystery shoppers!   It contracts out for known consumer services such as "Chem-Dry" carpet cleaning and "N-Hance" wood refinishing.  It uses mystery shoppers to report on service levels of its franchisees.  These two firms are affiliated with Home Depot and get a majority of its sales jobs from them.  They do not pay shoppers!  Please spend time and scroll through the postings on "Mystery Shopping Forum" after clicking on "Franchise Compliance". 

FC is on the Utah Department of Commerce website but have not renewed their corporate license in over 18 months.  They are thus operating, at least in Utah, illegally.  I will be personally filing a formal complaint with the UDoC on 1/30/12.  The registered agent for FC as listed on the UDC website is:  Adam Valdez ----- 487 E.  520 S.   Smithfield, Utah.   No phone # was on the website.
