 These people have been calling my job sending fake emails. I'm so tired of them now they say they have a arrest warrant in my name.. Using federal department.. Why can't these people be stopped?? I even had them scam me out of money posing as cashnetusa.

You don't get arrested for late/non-payment of bills. It's a tactic to panic you into paying their extortionate demands.

I don't know how you stop them contacting you as they are seldom located in the U.S. and don't follow ANY U.S. laws.
