I received an e-mail that states there is arrest warrant out for me due to a violation of a federal banking violation. It asks me to call to make a settlement. There are typos in the e-mail. The header says United States District Court, but there is no state listed. The signature line says "judge's signature" and the signature is illegible. The judge's name is not listed.
