On May 6th we ordered flowers for my 100 year old mother-in-law for Morhers Day from Fromyouflowers.com.Fromyouflowers did not deliver the flowers ordered .I spoke with several customer service persons on Mothers Day. I got different excuses from I don't know where your order is to rudeness, ignorance of the order and finally they told me it would be sent out Monday or Tuesday.
I was thoroughly disappointed and asked for a refund. Lisa at customer service said they would give me a refund but could not give me a confirmation number.It would be E-mailed to me.Checked my e-mail and no confimation. Today I spoke with the credit card company and they informed me that they would refund my account. I would not reccommend this on line florist. No flowers for our Mom. So much for on line shopping.
