FX Supplements Debited checking account for $79.95 for product I did not know about. Arlington Texas

Placed order for free trial on November 19th. Billed $4.95 for shipping on November 21st. Never received e-mail to notify of shipping as they stated during the ordering process. On or about December 5th, I received a package with bottle of Acai Berry MAXX, no packing slip, no name on the envelope, just shipping dept, 916 113th St Ste B, Arlington TX 76011-5416. On December 6th debit to my acct for $79.95. Now I've read from other complaints that if membership not cancelled they will continue to bill you $79.95 plus $5.95 every month. There is no way to contact them. Can't even find email address. Website gives no information. I've called every phone number I can find, get this "message box full". I am disabled, on a fixed income. This has me very upset especially since I'm unable to contact them to CANCEL.
