GainSaver SCAM nationwide

This company would appear to be a great resource or alternative to high priced computers. Gainsaver refurbishes old computers and supposed to be repaired to Apple specifications. Within 5 months the hard drive failed. I have purchased referbed computers in the past and never had any issues. I guess I am naive to think a company stands behind their work.

When calling to try and come up with a solution I received nothing but the run around. Each representative stated I needed to talk to “Steve”. Finally spoke to Steve and would not let me get a word in. All Steve was concerned with was it was out of warranty. When asking how we can come to an agreement, he stated I can appreciate that and hung up.

Lesson learned this time, if you want quality you have to pay for it.  There are no shortcuts and if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
