Dispute of Debt

PayPal has been trying to collect on a "debt" and apparently your company has been contracted for this purpose. Since you are representing PayPal in this matter you should be aware of the following information
Basically Pay Pal is trying to collect money from me for a service or product not recieved.
The particulars are as follows:
I was a successful bidder for mechandise on eBay. the sellor did not ship the merchandise. I filed a dispute with PayPal and the matter was resolved in my favor. PayPal paid the seller anyway. I filed an avadavit with my bank about fraud, and my bank refused payment. PayPal needs to collect payment from the sellor not from me. I have no intention of paying a company for a product or
service not recieved. I am on the national "do not call list" and request that any further contacts be made in writing.
