If you are going to try to sound smart, and like you actually know what you are talking about - try looking up the big words before you use them. SUBJUGATION? Really?

Subjugation: the act, fact, or process of subjugating, or bringing under control;enslavement. I believe the word that your pea brain was looking for is SUBROGATION. Subrogation is the right for an insurer to pursue a third party that caused an insurance loss to the insured. This is done as a means of recovering the amount of the claim paid to the insured for the loss.  

Who's the idiot now?

I just found out that the difference between what the Hartford will pay to repair my vehicle and what GEICO wants to pay is $454.24. The idiots at GEICO will have to pay that difference when the Hartford goes thru subjugation to recover the costs of repairing my vehicle. GEICO why do you wish to pay so much when the cost difference in the two fenders (the cheap imitation vs the real part) is maybe $100? This figure does not include the car rental they will have to pay for. Someone at GEICO needs to wake up!!
