GEMM GEMM.com Sellers Beware - Gemm doesn't pay as promised La Jolla, CA Internet

Gemm appears to be run by a group of scam artists. The first 2 sales I had it took nearly a month of emailing back and forth to get my check. They claimed that the "Accounting Department" was running behind. Now again I made 2 more sales and the check was due to be processed and mailed to me in late April, 2014. Nearly a month after, I sent them an email requesting my check. I also told them I was considering filing a complaint with the BBB.

I then get an email that they are terminating my seller privilages, because I "Threatened" them. Telling them I was considering filing a complaint is now considered a threat?? When THEY broke their own seller agreement?

Beware, and don't do business with GEMM, as they are total scammers. If you have listings there, I suggest you delete them quickly before you wind up GIVING away your stuff.
