I bought a ring online from this company. They took the money from my account on 3rd January but did not send confirmation email or order number. I have not received the item.

The company has a facebook page where unhappy customers leave reviews which are deleted straight away and people who complain are then blocked.

They do not answer phones or email queries and they have not responded to a letter I sent them.

I have reported this company to nca.ie
