Glencara No reply to e-mails, non delivery of goods Galway & Canada Internet

Glencara have several websites advertising items of jewllery, I ordered & paid for a bracelet. When it did not arrive I e-mailed them at least 10 times, no repsonse. I have gone onto another of their sites on Facebook & sent another e-mail no reply. The goods have not been delivered & they have taken the money. I now have since seen many many reviews stating non delivery of goods and realize that this company works this way. Luckily I paid by creidt card so hopefully I can get my money back
