I spent $574 on what I thought was going to be a nice gift. The ring was to be completed on Apr 28 2014 after about nine days of being "Handcrafted by their goldsmiths" 

Well the 28th has passed.

The concern is I have no ring, I am out $574 and Glancara, nor sales@glencara.com have responded to my repeated attempts to contact them.
