GNS, Inc. is a total sham. They say they will give you a free trial offer of Acai Berry pills if you just pay for the shipping and handling. I did that, got the pills and then immediately canceled my "membership" that they automatically set you up for. You must cancel your membership in order to avoid having your credit card charged a monthly payment to continue receiving their product. I thought I was being smart by canceling my credit card. They can't charge me any more money and they're angry about it. They are not threatening to put my account into collections.

The offer you ordered from is our 21 day trial of Acai Berry Edge. With this promotion you would be charged $3.97 upfront to cover the shipping and handling. In the terms and conditions of the offer we explain that you can try this product out for 21 days, if you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason you can call us to return the unused portion of your products. If we receive the trial order returned to us within the 21 day trial period you are not billed. If you keep the products past the 21 days then you are charged $79.90 for the two bottles kept this charge is not for an autoship order. Additionally, we do provide you with another 9 days after the trial period ends in which you can still return your trial products for a refund.

Included with this offer is an autoship program which begins 45 days after the date your order is placed. Every 45 days another shipment is sent out for a discounted price of $69.90 and with free shipping.
In reading your statement it appears that there was a misunderstanding in how this offer works. In cancelling your autoship program, this does not cancel the $79.90 charge that is scheduled for the trial order. To avoid being billed $79.90 you must return the unused portion of the trial products to us within the 21 day trial period. What you had cancelled when you called were future shipments from being sent as part of the autoship program.

It appears that we have been unable to process payment for the $79.90 amount which resulted in your being contacted by us. We would like to apologize for this misunderstanding and wish like to assist you further with any questions or concerns at 1-800-595-4670.

Thank you,
Supervisor
