Godaddy ***** * ****** ** *** ***, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 Website builder Scam a year after you purchase Scottsdale Arizona

Godaddy is a horrible company with even worse management. They are criminal in the way they decieve and abuse their customers. Norisa K. Wentzel is head of nothing and cares little for the customers she supports. After a converstation with their support over 2 hours of trying to get my money refunded 31 days after they auto renewed their web builder (at a rip off of 71 dollars for each domain) totalling 300 dollars total. This company is the single most slimy piece of garabage I have ever delt with online. They gave me canned responses and refused to give back my money even after I Had never used the product they hid in the fine print. Here is the crapy response from Norisa head of their customer support,

Our refund policy regarding refunds was recently updated in our Terms of Service on March 14^th, 2016.  As per the policy regarding your refund request and product cancellation, “Annual Plans - Within 30 days of the date of the transaction”, as stated in the  GoDaddy Refund Policy

Both receipts that automatically renewed on 3/25 and 3/26 were for Personal Website Builders initially purchased in 2015.  As these were canceled today, they are outside of the 30 day refund window.  If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out.  Have a wonderful day!

 As you can se they don't give a single F about a person and they are all about the bottom line. This company is criminal and I refuse to ever recommend anyone to ever use this abusive, moronic, sneaky, butt holes. I am on a quest to spread the good word about Godaddy and why you should never, EVER use them for anything ever. Because when it comes down to your lively hood online, they couldn't give a single F.

Charge back has been filed and I am going to fight them every single day of my life until I rob them of more then the 300 they stole from me.
